IS THERE AN ENGINEER AVAILABLE AT EVERY SESSION?

Absolutely. Each booking includes the assistance of an Engineer who will operate any necessary equipment for your recording session.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE OR I'M RUNNING LATE?

Refunds or rescheduling are only available for cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will need to make a new booking. In case of being delayed. kindly send us an email or text as soon as possible for us to inform your Engineer.
